Aside from being a PhD student, I am a devoted cat mom to the best fur boy ever, his name is Burnie and he can be seen napping beside me here! I am an avid concert-goer and enjoy going to sports games, spending time out in nature, and making things with my hands like paintings and scrapbooks!

2025 - Present
PhD in Social Personality Psychology, York University
I am currently pursuing my PhD at York University. My dissertation is looking at the effectiveness of a live-in treatment program for adolescents dealing with mental health and substance use challenges.
2023 - 2025
Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, York University
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at York University in 2025. My thesis evaluated the factor structure of the Substance Use Risk Profile Scale. The resulting paper is published and can be found here.
2021 - 2023
Master of Science in Psychiatry Research, Dalhousie University
I earned my Master of Science in Psychiatry Research at Dalhousie University in 2023. My thesis examined the associations between cannabis use, psychotic-like experiences, and anxiety. The resulting papers are published and can be found here (Study 1) and here (Study 2).
2015 - 2019
Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology, University of Manitoba
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Manitoba in 2019. My honours thesis examined subtypes of emerging adults' situational drinking; the resulting paper is published and can be found here.
